We frequent this location often. The prices in food have increased, however, the food quality has gone down tremendously.... Ordered smoothies from here and 3 of the four smoothie?s went straight to the trash because they were completely watered down. Ispent nearly $50 and we couldn?t enjoy our meals. I would give this place a 5 but something has happened with management or employment at this location. Rude customer service and... no regard to repeat guest. I accidently sent my order to the wrong store. I was told by management that I had to pay again andorder at their store and hope that management at the other would refund me. I understood, because it was my fault, but I orderhere almost daily and I would think a small exception could have been made. My next visit I was greeted but the back crew wasthe issue. The gentleman making the food and another lady kept looking at me and laughing. It may have been nothing but when Idon't feel comfortable with you, I don't want you making my food, so I cancelled order and left. I've always felt welcomed hereand usually order online and they know my name and would just hand me my order but the good service no longer exists and itusually starts with the top. Read more
Very good food, extremely good smoothies. Employees are absolutely wonderful. Never had anything here I didn't like. Parking on... location is extremely limited and prone to getting a bit messy during peak hours. Read more
I normally compare all tropical smoothies to this one cause it use to be the best. Went today and they guy mixed the smoothies... up so quick that they were not blended good. I have never had to chew a smoothie before and my sandwich was cold. The staff thatwas at this location on Saturday 6/4 in the morning was horrible!! Read more
I love the Ft. Washington location but this one I believe is cutting corners. The lady before me sent her smoothie back bc she... said it seemed watered down and she warned me to try mine before I left but nope I didn't take her advice and got half way downthe road and sure enough it was watered down. So disappointing because this is my go to breakfast when I am on the run. I livein Ft. Wash but had an appointment in Waldorf so I thought I would go there before work ugh such a bad choice. Also, I know thefranchises can relatively choose their own prices but I usually get the smoothie all-american combo and pay 7.49-8 somethingwith taxes in Ft. Wash but I was at almost $11 there. It?s so upsetting that I literally order from this location 2-3 times a week but the last three times my order has been... incorrect. This time however not only was the order wrong, but it was unappetizing and hard? Spoke with the owner and he saidthis couldn?t be, because his team is always on it. I?m not really one to emptily complain, and it wouldn?t make senseconsidering this is a place that I frequent.
