Walked in, placed my order, told the young lady my name for the order, even spelled it for her and couldn't spell that right. ... I wanted 45 minutes for my order. Two people came in after me and left before me, spoke to the manager about it, he apologized,gave a lame excuse "if I was here that wouldn't have happened", but he was there. You better check your bag before you drive home. Your order is bound to be incorrect/ missing something. It?s also likely that... your order won?t be ready when it says it should. I love the food but management at the Waldorf location is a joke and the staffwill tell you anything. Read more
I placed my order online. Food was ready at the time promised. I was disappointed at the new chicken sandwich. It was not worth... the hype or price in my opinion.....but as usual the wings were good and the Fries were hot. Read more

Really a zero! No attention to detail, got boneless wings when I ordered wings with bone in? I called to let them know and got... hung up on three times?after it went through, I was just left on hold and no one ever picked up. So sad?. Worse customer serviceever! Read more
Eat here probably once every few weeks. A majority of the time the staff has been super friendly. Even when rude customers come... in and distract them I?ve always had a good experience. I think maybe one time they had missed an item but they fixed it after Imentioned it. There?s one female in there who?s super nice, forgot her name, but she is quick to make the food and put it in thebags and speedily hands it out almost every time I go. It?s a good Wingstop!
