Went threw drive threw.. but then was asked to pull up they waited on 5-6 people before giving us our order...
There is no way that I would eat here, after seeing the restroom.... Period!! There was so much urine in the floors, both sit... down and stand up, that it was pooling and the stench is terrible! There is, no way, patrons or staff, are not tracking thisback to food prep areas. Where is the health department when you need them? Honestly.... I do not recommend. My experience... Read more
My husband and I were at McDonald's at 10:10 pm tonight. Lady took our order informed us everything having to be cooked fresh... and we ordered crispy chicken w no hesitation to say that will take 7 mins chicken nuggets 3 minutes. Still ordered nuggets norder quarter pounder. Got to window no greeting from this young lady employee. She ran card gave it back asked us to pull inspace they'll bring it out..so we did. There were NO condiments at all nothing but part food order. Drove back around. Shehanded me bag shut window in my face as I am saying mam. Honked horn if looks would have killed she'd killed me. Ask for saltpepper ketchup and napkins. Had the look and attitude to heres your condiments and get the hell outta here w out speaking aword. My guess was, bc I saw nothing but younger looking kids in there trying to have EVERYTHING DONE at 11 hurry walk out thedoor but several customers messed that plan up like we did. If you don't wanna work n push your customers out as fast aspossible go home let them hire someone who show they care. Read more
Placed order over app, still had to wait almost 30 minutes before they brought out small fry and chicken sandwich. Frys were... cold and starchy. Did not have time to go back as have a limited time for lunch. Read more
They were rude, didn?t ask if it was for here or Togo, gave me a bacon and cheese sandwich when I asked for a sausage, bacon and... cheese muffin sandwich. Burnt sausage too ?????????????????????? Could do better but I know the Fast food industry Read more
Food was fine. Staff got the order wrong and argued so we just took it. The frozen drinks were "empty" apparently they didn't... know how or were unwilling to fill them. Anyway, is recommend going on to the next one there's plenty along 71. Read more
It taste good. The service is under strain , I cant see how it would matter, its allways going to have customers from the... location, the line is usually long, and the crew is pretty young and haven't had the time to master it to say the least, thereis a lot to improve on. Seems like theres allways a lot of trash on the floor. In spite of all that we go there about 7 times aweek. its just a McDonald's. Is the additude there. Read more
