The people are awesome in there they know how to treat customers and also the service is fast.
This was probably my most horrible Arby's experience ever.....the boy working the register .....I don't even know what to say... about him, the bread on my wife's beef n cheddar was honestly cold....the bread on my Reuben was almost like rubber....I willnot go back to this Arby's ever again. I guess this Arby?s is alright. It?s conveniently very close to my work place, and we have been their many times for food during... my lunch break. This time I had ordered buffalo wraps, and they instead gave me a buffalo sandwich. I guess it was amiscommunication and accidents happen. The wraps were pretty good, and the crinkle fries were good as well, I usually get Curlyfries but lately they were soggy so I went other ways. Staff is alright, but sometimes is hard to work with. Overall this is amediocre experience, and that?s pretty much fast food for you. Read more
Shame on the manager or owner for the lack of training you give to these children who work here. The evening shift have... absolutely no respect for anyone, that falls on their parents I suppose. Back in the day 3 people could run that whole place,now it takes 10 walking zombie millennials with attitudes just to handle a Tuesday night. Although they think "they are alldoing their best" their "best" is a total JOKE! When I order 2 milkshakes that cost Ten dollars, I want a milkshake, notchocolate milk. YOU DON'T MAKE A MILKSHAKE 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE FOOD IS READY!!! Our future in service is very bleak. Sorry Ihave to even give one star. Really, Arbys Walhalla? REALLY? 2.59? And you couldn't fill the box but half way? Wish it would let me post the pics. 3... sandwiches, 3 PARTIAL orders of fries $27.72 and in reality there was ONE COMPLETE order of fries. Never again! Read more
$3 for a drink?.. Boneless buffalo wings were ok but I wasn?t overly impressed with the sauce. Is a current featured item. A bit... upset was basically a waste of money as the flavors of sauce & spices of curly fries blend together. Curly fries were a littleon soggy side. I won?t be back unless I try for basic sandwich again. Read more
Haven't been to an Arby's in 15 years. Always considered them in the mediocre category of fast food. I was pleasantly surprised... by the quality of food (especially the curly fries). The store was very clean. And the counter person was very polite andfriendly. Thought for a moment that I had stopped at a Chick-fil-A but no...it was an Arby's. Keep up the good work. It'snoticed.
