Sadly the employees are too busy on their phones to help customers. Even one who I assume was the manager? Though I hope not... because she couldn't be bothered either to greet customers, wear her mask, or look up from her phone long enough to help whoappeared to be a new employee at the counter. Online ordering a breeze...fulfilled correctly each time. Friendly staff.
1st time ordering on line the employees in the store didnt make pizza until I showed up. Said computer was off I even got email... conformation! Another time ordered before I left Cedar Rapids showed up at the store and was told he forgot to make it different employees then. HAVE SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT the first time and will be talking to them again,guess We need to find a new caseys togo to! Don't use online ordering for sure! Read more
