I swear by this store. However the last pizza had almost no sauce. That was a first. Usually they're very good.
I can only pickup because delivery is not an option where my home is, which isn?t a big deal but I don?t appreciate it when... everytime I go there the staff is always rude. The first instance I got a young man rolling his eyes asking if I was here topick up for DoorDash. I wasn?t even holding a DoorDash bag and I guess I look young so he just assumed. Either way he justseemed annoyed. The second time I just got a death stare from some girl and wasn?t helped out until a guy came that was actuallydecent. Also, the stuffed pepperoni pizza crust is not even melted inside. Literally just solid pieces of mozzarella cheesesticks inside it. I have been going to this papa John's for years and never had any problems. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas, we only had one... delivered and it was missing toppings in 2.5 slices. If I could I would give this a zero star ordered pizza for me and my wife, was told it would be and hour for delivery cool no... problem two and a half hours later no pizza I called and was hung up on. This place have no sanitary use. Workers touch their face then touch the dough with no gloves or sanitizer. Absolutely terrible experience. Waiting 1.5 hours for our orders. They said they have no drivers, so we went to go pick the... pizza up ourselves and requested they make it fresh as they had been sitting for 45 min. They refused to remake the order andsaid we had to place a completely new order to get fresh pizza. Never have problems at any other location. Read more
