Teach your drivers to care enough to read the addresses on the ticket and be able to deliver your product to the people who... ordered the food!!! This the fourth time they have delivered our food at the wrong address.....and it was the last!! No more! Read more

For one the customer service was horrible- I stood there at the register and was not acknowledged for at least 7 minutes, I... finally asked a delivery driver to help me when they walked in- I paid and ordered online so it was ready with my name on thescreen upon my arrival- it wld have taken seconds to help me. To top it, I paid an extra 2.25 for extra cheese. I took a pictureof the pizzas- there was clearly no difference. What?s sad is that I asked for one of the pizzas to have ?light? cheese- i wouldassume I?d be able to see the difference between extra cheese and easy cheese- and why couldn?t they just use the extra cheesetaken from the other one rather than charge me 2.25?!?! Never ordering from here again. The quality and service has gone downhill FAST. The last order I will ever place here was late,... missing ALL the wings I paid for, and was delivered by doordash so they can act like it's not the store's fault. I'm done withthis once great location. And I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for the missing items. I've never had such abad experience at any Pizza Hut in many states that I've been to and ordered Pizza Hut in. There's probably a reason they had tocontract with doordash on a Saturday night... hint: it's not bc 'nobody wants to work.' It's bc the owner of this locationeither doesn't want to pay what people are worth and/or doesn't want to treat people properly. Good riddance. Read more
