You would think that, since there is almost always a line at drive thru, the chicken would be fresh. It was not, even though I... had to wait for the chicken to cook. I ordered online, to avoid a long wait, for nothing. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order.The dessert I ordered and paid for was not available, but manager on duty could not credit or refund the purchase price. Ireceived free apple pie coupons ($1.29 each) in exchange for banana cream cake not in stock ($2.99 each). Staff was kindafriendly, manager not so much. It was 6 months since my last visit to this location and it may be years before I go again.Seriously disappointed. Read more

It is somewhat entertaining to witness the consistency of wrong orders. ALWAYS check your order before you leave to see what... you are missing; you will be missing something. Kind of like an annoying scavenger hunt. The follow up pleading to get theitems you paid for is also a delight. Read more

Great food, long wait times. The line usually stretches to the road in the afternoon. But its bone-in chicken, it takes time.... Customer service is good as long as you don't bring a bad attitude with you. Everyone who complains ends up going back,eventually. Read more

They really should look into closing this Popeyes location down I don?t know which is more horrible the FOOD/ or customer... SERVICE!! The inside was finally open to dine in, but it would have been better just to keep it closed! The menu monitors behind the... counter didn't work and were dark. The tables and booths were not clean and a mess. There was only one cashier waiting oncustomers and many people in line. The manager on duty should have put someone up front to help. And after I finally got toorder my meals, I didn't get everything I ordered, but didn't realize it till I got home. I USED to be a faithful customer toPopeyes, but not anymore! Very sad experience! I deliver for door dash. While I was in the lobby waiting for a customer's order. 2 employees started arguing with each other.... This went on for about 5 minutes or more, one employee got in the other's face then went outside to cool off. They came back andstarted arguing again. Finally one of them threw my customer's food in the bag sideways and I had to deliver it that way andapologize to the customer for the wait and for the the way their food was thrown into the bag. I decline all orders from Popeyesnow. I'm not dealing with their childish drama or waiting 30 minutes for every order. I have photos and a small video for proofas well. Read more
