Over the past 3 months this place has gone straight down hill. I always liked this location, but the service and especially the... food has been the worst. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich. When I got home, I noticed that the chicken patty was dark brown andhard as a rock. Furthermore, it had no condiments AT ALL on it. Only burned chicken and bun. I received a small chili cheeseTots when I ordered and paid for a large. The Cinnisnacks were all clumped together into one big piece instead of separatelyand the interior area was totally raw dough. The sandwich and Cinnisnacks were completely inedible. Furthermore, the guy whowas working the Drive-Thru asked me twice, "do you need your change?" Now, usually I will tip the Car-Hops a few bucks, butwhen a person working the drive-thru window repeatedly asks if I need my 3 dollars and the coins, it becomes more likepanhandling. But, I let the kid keep the change, and then ended up with nasty food like this. And wasn't a one time incident. This type of thing has happened on the past three visits to this place. Food under or over cooked, and slopped together. Butthey'll never have to worry about me being a dissatisfied customer again. Read more
Ordered through the app & had pretty fast service. We weren't happy with one of the items and asked a young lady for help. She... was very kind and helped us get the drinks we wanted with no complaint or argument! That is the kind of service for which I'd goback. Read more
For fast food, this location is 5 star for me. Maybe sometimes 4-4 1/2. Generally though they are the best fast food in walker... for sure. Sure there?s Canes but prices, the size of the Chicken, either burned or under cooked, over salty on the fries attimes, is why I?m all about Sonic. The staff they have are always friendly, foods almost always fresh, and most importantly tome, look like they clean the kitchen?. Throwing shade to Wendy?s next door?. Read more
Absolutely God awful experience. I show up 25 minutes before close with a pretty small and simple order and I press the red... button at the drive in slot and the screen said someone would be with me shortly. (I know I was close to their closing time so Iplanned on tipping well because I understand the inconveniences it can cause) and I waited and waited for no one to help meuntil the red button timed out right at close. So pressed it again and immediately someone answered and told me that they hadjust closed. I quickly remarked with "I have been here for 25 minutes" but I was given no response. Not clean Inside. Workers smoking on break behide trash. Bathroom broken. I went use the bathroom the only bathroom had a ginger... sonic employee smoking a vape I could tell cause I saw smoke when I went in and he had just came out. Also smelled fruity. Soghetto. Read more
