I decided to bring my kids here since they had been doing good in school with report cards filled with F+ which was better than... their previous report card. The food tasted like food and the arcade games were fun. My kids were happy and I told them if theycan get all F+ again I'll bring them back here. Great safe place for the family! We were greeted by Guadalupe who was very professional and excellent at her job! For entry you... are required to take a group photo. This is so a child cannot leave without the adult who brought them in. I found this to bevery impressive! Cleanliness! I couldn't believe how clean this place was! We were there for a total of four hours and theentire time staff was continually walking around disinfecting all of the games. Guadalupe actually apologized for cleaning abooth next to us. Yes you heard me, she apologized for cleaning! She was very professional, courteous, and attentive to ourneeds the entire time we were there. She is a great employee! Make her manager! ???? We were there to celebrate my son's birthday. We are from out of town, so we didn't have enough kids to invite for an official... party even though that's all he asked for for his birthday. The staff was friendly and helpful in making his birthday special.We ordered their cake and were excited to find out that Chuck E delivers them personally even if you didn't schedule aparty. As far as play time, I was unsure about the unlimited option, but grew to love it quickly. We paid for 1.5 hrs and itwas perfect. I didn't stress over them spending all of their tokens on just one thing. I didn't stress about them "wasting"tokens on something they probably wouldn't like. I was able to just let them go explore and have fun. The worker at the prizecounter was very patient. She also immediately rounded up. We were easily able to buy an additional prize for the birthday boytoo. If there was anything I didn't like, it was the small toddler moving skee-ball balls around, but I don't think that's somuch about the business as it is about the parents that weren't supervising. But, it's nice to be somewhere that has the extralevel of safety that I don't have to stand next to my child at all times. Instead of matching hand stamps, they now take apicture of the family together with your phone (or you can choose to just do a family selfie). So, the child has to be picturedwith you at their entrance to leave with you. Read more

The staff was very friendly and energetic with the kids and they were more than accommodating. My 2 kids had fun at the birthday... party they attended and the play cards were fairly easy to use for them. The pizza was surprisingly good. It was my grand daughter's birthday! The kids had a great time with their parents Grand parents and friends. The food was... delicious! The salad bar was fresh and great!
