One of slower McDonald's drive throughs that I've experienced. We were then offered the wrong order at the window and had to... convince the worker that it was wrong. When they reviewed our receipt, they were competely confused and had to rebuild ourentire order. Even doing this, they handed us what they though was the compete order three times before they includedeverything. They were never rude, just confused and disorganized. Let us wondering if it was all new staff and the managerfailed to show up for work. Read more
Orderd 3 happy meals and one adult meal. Didn't get the 3 happy meals. Went back through the line. They did give us the 3 happy... meals, but they were room temperature. Also, I asked for a bag and the guy at the window said no and walked away. Read more
We had to pull up front to wait for our order od Mcchiken and a doeuble cheeseburger. My cheeseburger was burnt on the bottom... patty. I couldn't eat half of it because the burnt meat area made the taste unbearable to finish it. The food was wrapped as ifit had been open and reclosed badly. Read more
Ordered 3 apple pies. Got to the window and paid. Pulled up to the 2nd window and they said they only had 1 apple will we take... pumpkin. We said no thanks just a refund would be good. The kid working started mumbling under his breath was super agitatedthat we didn't want cookies or something instead. Asked us to pull to the 2nd window then brought us the change for 2 of the 3pies and again got mad when we showed him our recipes saying the changes wasn't right. Then he yelled you'll have to come in andproceeded to go hang out of the 1st food window to puff on his vape. Then when my husband went in to get the rest of the changehe was sitting complaing to the next drive thru customer about us. Most unprofessional thing I've seen in a long time. Read more
This place is horrible, took 30 minutes in the drive through to just get a diet coke!!! I will NEVER be coming here again. Just... because we were 20 minutes before close does NOT give them a reason to be ridiculously slow and be horrible workers. (Even themanagers) Read more
Service was fast but the apples for my spouse's oatmeal were expired by two days.
Went to drive thru. Cheeseburgers were as cold as soft drink I had. Didnt feel like going inside to get new burgers. So... partially my fault. Read more
Wanted to order a coffee and lady lady told me I had to use the kiosk. I left since no human wanted to take my order
