I order from this location all the time, never had any issues until today. I had breakfast delivered for my boyfriend and I but... my bagel I had ordered was missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager & she was extremely apologetic and just so sweet.She gave me options to choose from to make this right, so I chose to go pick up my missing food. When I arrived she againoffered me a refund or a pastry to go along with my bagel, I declined as it's not a big deal, I understand things happen. So shehanded me a cup for a free drink. I only went here cuz I had a gift card. This is not on my list of go-to spots as they are pricey (in my opinion). I went to pay... the $67 bill for 5 of us with my $50 gift card and they couldn't get the card to work (I think they were doing it wrong) so Igot to pay it out of pocket. They said it needed to be activated but that was not indicated anywhere on the card or the jacketthat it came from. My food was good but def not worth the $14 that I paid for a pairing. Oh well. This PB has the BEST lime Bubbly (fountain drink) I?ve EVER HAD! It?s so crisp and flavorful. I don?t know if maybe they keep... their lines cleaner than other locations -but it is amaze! Staff are friendly and clean atmosphere. Read more
Only had 1 request...No salt or pepper. My sandwich had quite a bit of both. I am super sensitive to pepper..it burns my mouth... and lips. Threw it out and will not order from this location again. Read more
Each time I order online, I try to recreate the Sierra Turkey that is no longer on the menu. I selected the "Turkey Deli... Sandwich" and customized it to get close to my desired sandwich. I kept it the same for the most part, adding arugula and thesignature sauce. So this time... either the person was brand new and acted like they were making a sandwich for themselves athome or Panera training has suffered from the pandemic. The turkey was just folded on it in stacks like it was just grabbed andslapped on there. Just a chunk of turkey and very little anything else. The signature sauce strangly just tasts like thousandisland dressing this time. I know its just a deli sandwich but for the price it should look and be better than what I can dojust at home. This Panera Bread location is fairly similar to most I have been at. It would be good for a student looking to do a little bit... of studying or for conversation. The layout is pretty spacious yet cozy. There is a small fireplace and the atmosphere is verychill. The service is great, very friendly and fast. I enjoyed my visit here and I'll probably make this more of spot I visitmore from now on. Read more
On September 12, 2022, I placed a carryout order with this location. It was the second time I had ordered from them. The first... time was fine. This time was not. I ordered dinner for my family; I also ordered three frosted cookies. When I arrived at thecafé, the person who was in charge of packaging our order was just closing the bag. She handed it to me and I headed home. AsI opened the bag, I looked at the receipt; I saw all the checkmarks next to each item, indicating that everything I ordered wasthere. Unfortunately, there wasn?t even one cookie in the bag. I called as soon as I discovered this, and I was told I wouldget a credit on my card and a coupon for a Take Two meal combo. After 10 days, I called Panera again to find out when my creditwould be issued and when I would get my Take Two coupon. I was informed that I was mistaken and would receive either a credit onmy credit card or a coupon, not both. I was also told that they could not give me a partial credit now since it was too late-ithad to be done on the same day as the original purchase. The excuse for my not getting the coupon was that they were out, but Iwas told they ordered more and would send me one. When I first called about the order from the 12th, I was not given a choicebetween the two options. I was told that I would get both, and that is what I fully expected. If the person on the phone hadcommunicated more effectively, I would not have had to call back and straighten this mess out. I would have immediately verifiedmy information so I could get a credit on my account. We went back-and-forth about this issue for a few minutes, and Iexpressed my disgust with Panera. I?m disgusted because this marks the third time that a Panera location has not given me thecookies I ordered.
