I ordered online and was surprised that my food was not ready when I got there, as it was 10 minutes past the time it was... supposed to be ready. I asked about my to go order and they said it would be right out. I sat for a while and heard the womanask her coworker if my food was being made and the guy said that he hadn't even started it. I watched as the entire restaurantfilled up multiple times with everyone getting their food before they had even started making my mine. I sat for 20 moreminutes. The employee who brought my to-go order did apologize for the wait but I was still puzzled as to why they served 20 ormore customers before even starting my past due order. Then I got to the car and realized that they forgot my green salsa to gowith the chips that I ordered. I came back in and politely asked them for my green salsa because it was part of my order. Then Istood and waited even longer until I eventually left without my salsa. My wife had a big chunk of something burnt in her salad.I would like a refund. The woman who apologized seemed like a nice person, but the overall service was so poor, not to mentionthe burnt food that I have to give it one star. Read more
I got Uber eats as I've been on the road for several days and just wanted a day at my hotel without driving. I am always... reluctant to order delivery as my food always seems thrown together without a care and half portioned. I am happy to say thatwas not the case with your food. The food was good they where out of some stuff. But the service wasn?t that great kinda rude and unfriendly.
Left off 3 ingredients to my burrito. One was the roasted tomato salsa, very important; and no toppings of sour cream or... cheese. Terrible burrito. Fortunately I had sour cream and taco sauce in the refrigerator; otherwise it would have beentasteless. I'll never order from here again. Read more
I placed a mobile order as a late dinner and arrived once the lines were pretty backed up, and my order was not yet completed.... Though it wasn?t a big deal to me and I didn?t mind waiting at all, Alex was running cash register and they were SO attentiveand kind of me and took my name and was so friendly to talk to. I have never had a problem here until recently. A month ago, I came to dine in and got half a spoonful of meat on my quesadilla... but three handfuls of cheese. Not to mention the store felt dirty. I decided to give my favorite place the benefit of the doubtbut I was just handed this absolute mess as takeout. Once again, it seems there?s about two individual pieces of ground beef buta whole bucket of cheese. I won?t be coming back to the Alpine location again. Read more
