Worst subway ever! Never have any bread!! The main ingredient of subway.... and no bread...I'd NOT recommend this subway.

Every time we order on the mobile app we are very disappointed ???? last time hardly any meat. This time our sandwiches had the... veggies and sauces switched around..... we ate them because we live a ways out of town and were not going to spend more gas totake them back. We never have any trouble with other Subway restraunts. Not going to use the mobile app anymore in Walker. Andthat sucks because it seems the only way to save money with Subway. The subs are always done when they say they will be though.Just need to watch them put them together to get a good sub. Read more

The young man making the sandwiches was not very friendly and they were out of the steak and when he bagged up our food he put a... hot sandwich in with a cold sandwich which to me means he had no clue how to do his job all in all not very satisfied with thisparticular Subway. Read more

I really don?t even know where to start. I ordered online a week ago because online it says open until 9:00 & I placed my order... at 7:45. Then I get a phone call at 8:05 that you close at 8:00 and the oven had already been shut off so either we could cancelour order or come pick them up (which they hadn?t been made yet) but they wouldn?t be toasted. We opted to cancel our order. Wewere supposed to be issued a refund in the morning. We weren?t so I thought after a couple days I?d go in person. They were kindand understanding and explained they weren?t sure how to refund back to my card so I received gift cards, completely fine. Placean order tonight for 3 subs, two with meals and the order was completely wrong. If you?re out of something I understand but theleast you could do is call and explain or answer your phone which based off reviews looks like a long shot. Read more

Phone is ALWAYS unplugged.... you go in and they laugh. NONE of the meal deals go through to them? You go online, and it states... the meal deal will be applied at checkout? NOPE.... So, you order on line and think they will make it right with you at thestore? Nope. They said "Sorry, we cannot do anything about that? The girls are always putting the phone here on silent!!?" Greatfood... very expensive if not a deal? Guess it is flying off of my list. Customer satisfaction efforts are EXTREMELY LOW. Read more

SUBWAY! Love to stop after 9am for breakfast with my Grandma, just wished they opened at 8am. For the low amounts of staff they... have had in the morning in bemidji, usually 1 person the staff has been getting the orders out and enjoys small talk. At timesthe person is setting up when short staffed at 9am, I just give her a few minutes and talk. It's very welcoming, delicious subs. Read more
