I arrived to pickup my pizza and was told it was not ready yet,but there were other pizzas ahead of us.I decided to wait and... watched what was going on.It looked as though the girl on the counter was doing the best she could while the girl making pizzaswas being non productive and not doing much.Obviously the 2 of them were having a battle at the cost of the customer's. It was good at one point in time but the quality has gone down drastically. And sadly the service has gone as well. I had to... wait over 2 hours for my pizza. I called after the first hour and was told it on its way. At 90 min I was promised a free popthat never showed up. 2 hours and 20 minutes to get a pizza to my door is just absurd. I strongly recommend going to Pizzadelight just up the road. Read more

We've gotten pizza here plenty of times in the past as it was one of our favourite pizza places. We preordered two large 6 item... pizza's this last Saturday. On arrival I was told it would take two more minutes. I said okay and that I was just going totake the bottle of pop out to the car. I came back in and sat on the bench and waited...and waited. In the meantime I noticedthe workers do not wear their masks when they are making/preparing the pizza's. They only wear them on their face when theycome to the counter to tend to customers, even though there is plexiglass between them and the customer. I worked in foodmanufacturing for much of my life and had to wear a mask on your face. While I am still waiting two women came in, neitherwearing masks. Then the pizza delivery guy came in and leaned over the one counter and he is not wearing one either. Nothingis said! This is actually the 3rd time coming here that I've seen their delivery guy come in with no mask on, with customersstanding inside the building. The girl finally asked me what my name was again after I had been there for at least 10 minutes,then got my pizza down from the shelf where they store them until people come to pick them up. So I was waiting all that timefor what?? Got home and the two large pizza's looked more like medium sized pizza's and they were very, very skimpy with theitems. The pizza's tasted blah. Terrible experience today. First they got my order wrong and typed in 4 pizzas instead of 2 and charged my credit card way too... much. Then they figured out their mistake and payed me back in cash. Then I'm waiting almost an hour and they give another guywho came in half an hour after me an extra free pop for his wait. Did NOT offer me one. And they didn't have my pop kind chilledso I had to go with Pepsi:( not the same as root beer! And the pizza is undercooked and has lots of toppings except on theoutside 4 inches! The girls seemed nice but very unorganized. I would've been less disappointed had they not offered the otherguy free stuff as I sat there waiting with 9 people standing around and 2 workers unmasked. ???? Read more

Worst pizza place ever. My husband and I came from way out of town and decided to try this known pizza place either people just... don't understand what quality of food is because this place should be rated 0. Like 16 dollars for a medium 3 topping pizza thathas little to no cheese missing on slices I just dont understand how it is to just distribute cheese properly.
