Walkerton Tim?s has been a disappointment for a while? great ladies work here ???? HOW EVER multiple times you go there NOTHING... is ready! 9am on a Saturday NO Tim bits NO vanilla dip donuts NO maple dip, very small variety of donuts actually available. NOcookies at the same time. The ice cap Machine is always hit an miss, they clean it at any random time. I work in restaurantsclean it at the end of the night or before opening.. this location opens at 5am perhaps being ur bakers in earlier to haveproduct ready when open because nothing is ready at 5? Always out of wedges and chilli, can't toast a bagel without burning it, low sense of urgency among staff, not as clean as it... should be. Pretty much the typical post '95 Tim Horton's experience. Read more
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Especially if you?re in a hurry, as they take for ever. The staff here are so rude, it?s not even... funny. I asked for a chai tea and when it came up on the screen, it came up as a steep tea, and when I tried to correct themistake, the lady shouted ?I KNOW? and she was just overall very rude and ignorant through out my order. When I got to thewindow, the peach fruit quencher I order came out as a passion fruit quencher, and when I informed them I order a peach fruitquencher, they held it out the window for a minute, brought it in, and a few minutes later brought me my peach fruit quencher.If you want a Tim Hortons that?s fast and has polite staff, go to either of the locations in Hanover, not this one. My husband and I stopped here for a quick snack on our road trip. What a disaster! The service was very slow. We ordered... inside and waited in line, just two coffees and two muffins. Before that we had went to the washrooms. What a disappointment! Nosoap, no paper towels and the hand blower didn't work. The floors were littered with toilet paper. I assume from people tryingto dry their hands. In the dining area, many of the empty tables had crumbs on them. My husband said that in the men's washroomthat the only urinal had a garbage bag over it. Management needs to help this Tim Hortons location! Read more
Usually the staff here is wonderful. This particular location is famously busy, and I accept that. However you may want to speak... to your young men working and advise them to save their grumbling until the drive thru window fully closes. Read more
Very slow drive thru. Never enough staff at busy times. Coffee is getting worse every time. Grinds in the bottom, Luke warm... coffe a lot and most of the time the cup is never filled up. Drive thru staff always in dull mood. Makes for a great morning,not Read more
This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. A 30 min wait in line with 4 people ahead of me. The staff has clearly been let... down by management and set up to fail by their complete lack of training. I hope this location turns their act around andmanagement fixes their many problems! Read more
