Update! My wife actually worked here ... Only the weekends. Let me tell you that if you want fast food this is the last spot you... want to go to. Their place is always nasty, lazy, and nothing is fast about it. If anything the franchise should stop makingbuildings and start closing them so that they can actually have people there working. I ordered a steak biscuit a gravy biscuit. 2 orders of bow rounds. I also ordered 2 large ice waters. I was told that they could... not ring up large ice waters. ( even though I was willing to pay for them) I was told they could only ring up small waters. So Isaid ok 2 small waters. My total came to a little over $10. No water was on the receipt and I had to ask again for waters. Ialso asked for hot sauce. Someone different handed me my food ( she was very courteous) I had to ask again for waters and hotsauce. I pulled around to the other side of the building to eat., the bow rounds were room temperature, the gravy biscuit wasLuke warm at best the steak built was not only white( not cooked completely) but it was hard and not even warm, the steak washard and not warm. I called the store that had 2 cars in the lot and 3 went through the drive through and did not get an answerafter several times ringing.. At this point you might ask why I didn?t just walk inside 1) I?m disabled 2) my left foot isbroken and walking is extremely difficult 3) I was on my way to church with my mother. I ordered a two piece leg and thigh, they had no legs i got the sweet tea taste like watered down plan tea the dirty rice was... not seasoned and a little burnt and i asked for cole slaw and didnt get it great customer service though all know besidescustomer service that had a bad experience real bad and I was on my way to work Read more
First work on cleaning your place of business. Second the employees outside smoking. Third I ask the gentleman in drive thru... if the food was fresh, he was honest and said no not really. I said I will wait, cause as much as I am paying I would likefresh food. Guess what it was not at all. My family will not go back. Needs new management and Regional management. Ishould have know when I got up to the window and saw a 90 rating. Really. No wonder no one in Walkertown can stand yourrestaurant. Sorry! Read more
We came around 7pm they were really busy. Our food was nice and hot. It was one guy there with his wife who were being rude to... the workers. The workers did a really good job getting everything done. We will be come to this Location a lot. Read more

So I don?t know where to start! First the place is open for dine in unfortunately it is not updated on the website. The place... need more cleaning, there was enough workers inside the restaurant but the food took a bit longer than usual, I got my meal, Iate it and I did not die so I guess it was ok! There was just no taste in the chicken and the fries were cold and didn?t testgood! This location the food and service is not so good! Went to pickup my order through drive though (which app tells me to come to drive through between 2pm-9pm) and they tell me i... have to come in after already getting me to pull around to window. Sanitation grade was a 76 and i can see trash through thewindow. Read more
