The African American lady who works the phone had a very bad and horrible attitude. She raised her voice at me because she had... to ask twice for my card number. I was trying to ask her a question regarding the payment before giving her my card info. Aftershe raised her voice at me, I hung up the phone. When I called back to request the manager, she insisted that she was themanager. She continued with her attitude and treated me very poorly with terrible customer service. By the end of the phonecall, she told me "my managers name is Brian Davis and you can call him tomorrow. My name is Jolanda". Then she persisted tospell her name out being sarcastic after she just got through telling me she was the manager. Needless to say, I will no longerbe eating here as long as this employee works here. Store is always clean. Staff is friendly. The food is always baked to perfection. Highly recommend.
We placed an online order that went through at 10:59pm. The store closes at 11. We then received a phone call from the store... saying they were closed at 11:01pm. I myself am in the pizza industry and this was totally uncalled for. They should have madethe order and sent it out because it was placed before they closed. I will be contacting the manager in the a.m. to have aconversation about this issue. Read more
Our order was ready fast but they didn't give us the marinara sauce that came with the cheesy bread, or the 2 extra marinara... sauces we paid for. Read more
Prices to high for what you get. Also if you need Gluten free then they should provide same size pizza. My daughter gets a tiny... little pizza for a crazy amount. . To get more business they need to supply all customers same prices. Also make some greatveggie and cheese pizza. Give choices to customers. CB Read more
Never again. Last time I checked the point in delivery is so that you don?t have to go to the location to pick up your order. So... after my almost 50.00 dollar order gets delivered to the wrong address I contact the store being that my contactless delivery isnot on the chair on my porch as requested. Some guy named Bryce said he would call me back after he figured out where Spencerdelivered the food being that it seemed as though it was delivered to the wrong address, 20 minutes later no call I look on theporch and my wet food boxes are sitting on the chair, I call the store and am told by the female mgr. Bryce is gone for thenight and my food will be remade. The fact that they are unapologetic about all their mistakes is beyond me. If you can help itgo elsewhere. This place is not worth the headache or inconvenience. It?s not even worth the 1 star I had to select to writethis. Read more
I've given them too many chances. This Domino's location seems to be hit-or-miss. Pizza is almost never cooked properly (have to... ask for well-done, and then they burn it) and they're really stingy with the meat on the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I alsoordered buffalo wings and they literally drizzled the smallest amount of buffalo sauce on them they could, packaged it up andsent it. I'm tired of being disappointed, so I'll refrain from ordering here in the future. I moved to Winston from Greensboroand they can't hold a candle to any of those locations. They got 2 stars only because their delivery is fast. However, I wouldgladly wait an additional ten minutes for my order if I knew someone was making it with love. Read more
Pizza was very over cooked. Request garlic on thin crust did not get. Thin crust was over cooked as well. Love spending money on... over cooked pizza. Driver that dropped off food was awesome though. He got the extra star that's why its two star instead of one Read more
