This is such a horrible pizza hut. Tonight I ordered pizza and completed payment waited over an hour for my pizza. When I called... to check on my order the store was closed! It would have been nice for someone to let us know that they were voiding ourorder.Also on a previous order I ordered 24 wings they delivered 8. When I called to let them know they told me I would have towait another hour for the rest of my order. Seriously lacking any customer service skills. ???? Read more
If I could give zero stars i would! Avoid!! We were given the completely wrong order that did not match receipt given Came... back next day, explained and was credited the entire meal for the next order, 40$ value. However when we attempted to redeemthe credit the next visit, we were told it was "nowhere in the system" and our credited amount was not honored. Then what is thepoint of issuing a credit? We stopped eating at this Pizza Hut a while back due to the quality, but it must have changed management a few months/weeks ago,... because this is now the best Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. When we order delivery, they are always fast, the food isalways hot and accurate, and it is cooked perfectly. Their app is easy to use, they are always running good deals, and the staffis always so happy when they drop the food off. I have had several good experiences with this location now. I almost never leavereviews, but this place is the most impressive fast food establishment in the area by far! Thank you so much for your greatservice and our kids love it too! Read more
My food was good. However it took a very long time for delivery on Wednesday night. And when the driver arrived he claimed that... there was money due in cash. I really feel like this is a scam. I very clearly paid for everything online and even gave a 25%tip. Didn?t give him anything and told him to get lost. But something didn?t feel right at all. Read more
Ordered two 3 topping pizzas, special they?re running, hands down the worst pizzas I?ve eaten in a long time. Will not order... from this location ever again. First time and last time. I understand COVID and hard to find employees at the moment but there?sno excuse for this horrible of disappointment. I will go 5-10 miles out of my way to WS to hopefully have better success. Letting folks know how pizza hut in walkertown, treats people badly, the manager there I have tried to place an order twice... first time it took an hour and a half to get my order she yelled and fussed with me and hung up on me I went to talk to theother manager over her he was kind to me and give me my refund for the bad you know service I got today I thought I'd give itanother try the lady manager same girl recognize my address and name said, she was not taking my order and she was hanging upon me , and before I even placed the order they hung up on me two or three times these people obviously do not care if I was youguys I would go to kernersville or somewhere else, and place your order because they do not care there,This lady thinks she canbe rude to me on the phone,and hang up on me, that's fine because I will go over head again, people like her have no businessworking with the public!!! ????
