I have came here like 3 times over the last weekend. It is always full. Service at the register seems fast. Their women's... bathroom was dirty. One of the toilets was clogged and the other had excrement on it. I went in the bathroom one of the othertimes and it wasn't dirty then. Ordered food from the MTO menu. That took a while. Read more

So this Sheetz is by far my favorite one to visit! The fuel is usually a couple cents difference between others but the service... here is what i love! The staff recognize almost everyone that comes in and out of the doors as well as, after you get a fewcoffees, they almost know who you are by what you order. The service at the register is always nice as well. They have a commonlanguage with all their customers from sir and ma'am to what's up girl or dude!?! This is what makes for a fun experience nomatter if it's a pit stop or full on top off and grab chow, this sheetz is it!!! Read more
Line was all the way to the drink coolers, the boy ringing up was doing his best though the woman who came over from the fully... staffed kitchen was acting as if she was completely inconvenienced, while waiting for the customer to pull out her money she hada facial expression of irritation and impatience, and on top of being rude, right after ringing the ONE customer up she walkedaway and continued in the kitchen and gave no indication of coming back to help anyone else. Acting as if you're annoyed by anelderly woman counting out her money is unacceptable in my opinion. It took less than 15 seconds and the customer was not thereason why the line was so long. The lady who abandoned the one boy up front is the reason the line was so long. Sheesh. Read more
