Horrific experience!! Complete waste of time to try to get an order, the same order I have placed for the last 20+ years. Good... luck if you hope to have any kind of customer service with the current staff and manager. My order was messed up and when Iasked for it to be corrected, I was told to take it anyway because it all costs about the same. When I advised I didn't wantthe order and asked for a refund, I was told to come into the store for a refund. I then asked to speak to the manager and wastold she was busy and it would be a few minutes. After waiting 5-10 min (keep in mind they were not busy AT ALL), the so calledmanager spoke with the cashiers and I was then given a cash refund. At no time was I offered an apology by anyone for the orderthat they messed up. At no time, did the manager come to speak to me or even look my way. I was astonished. No wonder they'renever busy.... There isn?t anything fast about this food. If you do decide to come here, go to the drive through. They seem to only get food... out in the drive through. Had to wait over 45 minutes and didn?t even get the food but did get a refund, other people werewaiting over a hour to get their food inside while the drive through seemed to be moving pretty consistently. This place needs to be shut down! Ordered food all the food was COLD! Customer service was awful! Manager was very... unprofessional. I would not serve that food to my dog! We ordered a box four tacos and four burritos. Tacos were cold, burritos were ok. What got me is all the packets of sauce (... around fifty) that were in the box, we didn't ask for extras, such a waste of money! Read more
Absolutely awful. I don't know who hires these people but if I were a boss or a business owner I would be embarrassed! All of... these onions were piled at the very bottom of the burrito, there was NO red sauce although it looks like they attempted to painta little bit on and my daughters crunchy tacos were soggy and busted apart. I won't go back. Someone needs to teach the peopleworking there what WORK actually is. Have some dignity in what you do even if you don't like it. At least you HAVE A JOB! Read more
just a quick stop on the way home after a drive. Pretty quiet Sat night around 8pm only one individual waiting for food and no... one in drive through. Plenty of workers walking around and yet no one greeted us - they didn?t even acknowledge us waiting toorder. We finally used the kiosk to self order. Food up - we had to ask for our drink cups. Had to ask for our Cherry BlissFreeze. Never did get the side cheese sauce we ordered. I honestly don?t expect much from this chain and this location managedto score lower than expected. Amazing!!
