Placed an order at the wrong store. Called and cancelled and was told I?d be refunded back to my account. Called about no... refund and have been into the store with no result. I sat in the drive-thru line for a total of 25 minutes. Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind waiting, but to sit there that long... only to get nothing is disappointing. I wanted two things: a nibblers meal and a signature sandwich meal. They were "out ofsignatures for the night." They close at 10 and this happened at 8, so it isn't like they were closing in the next 10 minutes.While trying to figure out what else I was going to order since I chose my order 25 minutes prior, I was told only 2 tickets percar. No problem, I only needed two meals. I was then rudely interrupted like I was taking too long to order, and told my totaland to pull around. Just decided to leave. Their customer service needs to take a course in customer service. I order Zaxby's at least once a week. Last night I went and... got food, they were out of fries and out of coke. Ordered my sandwiches and cherry cokes. I took a drink of the cherry cokes onmy way home and they were nasty. I called them to let them know and all they said was Thank you! When I got home I saw thatthey charged me for a meal and gave me toast with my sandwiches. Why would I want toast for my side when I am gettingsandwiches to begin with. They are rude! This is zaxbys is horrible!! Tonight go through drive thru was informed two orders per car. Ok! I ordered a boneless wing meal... then 20 pc traditional. I was then told if I order the 20 wings no other meal can be purchased. Ok, 15 minute wait. I told myson while we wait for the wings to go in and order his meal(boneless wing mea). He goes in and they tell him only drive thruorders are being done and if he had an online order to go through drive thru. They refused to let him place an order. We go tozaxbys very often. Staff... was polite and fast, the app worked great, and the personal delivery after 9:00 pm because the front was closed was fantastic.Busy night.
