We had a poor service experience. Our order was delayed because it had been miscategorized. Then the delivery person couldn?t... find our location and made us walk a block to find them. Then they had us carry part of the order to our event site. Everyonewas mind boggled by all this, and it disrupted our event. We will not be ordering from Big Cheese again. Read more

We called in a large cheese, I was a little bit late past the estimated time of the pizza being done however the pizza was still... very warm, and when I arrived home it was tasty and just a little bit too greasy for my taste however I took some of it off andit was perfect for me, the dough cheese and sauce they use is a very good combo, and I would recommend it to anyone in the areaespecially for the price! $7 and some change for a large is a pretty good deal for pizza better than dominos in my opinion! Absolute best pizza I have had in my entire life. If it weren?t for my doctors I would eat the stuffed cheesy bread with garlic... ranch for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday with a pepperoni stuffed crust extra cheese on the weekends. Called for pick up and called immediately back to change for delivery. While giving address i was asked what street it wss in... bewteen. They said it would take 45 min to get here. An hr passed and i called. They said it was categorized as pick up. Im surethey just didnt want to deliver it just as much as i didnt want to pick it up. Read more
