Our order was perfect but we sat behind a car that was at the window (we assumed they were waiting for their order) for just... under four minutes while the employee hung out the window chatting with the driver. Then they pulled out, they had their orderthe whole time. As we pulled up to the window, the employee started making our order, which by this time we had placed almostfive minutes earlier with someone else, while she was visiting. I swear I was given water with food coloring. My drink had zero flavor whatsoever. A complete waste of money.
Grabbed a coffee here and they were very friendly and efficient for being busy..
They have very good iced chai latte, and my wife says the iced caramel macchiato is very refreshing.
Fast friendly and amazing beverages! The coffee is awesome and they have a great selection of other hot and cold drinks.
We love going to either of our Dutch Bros here because everyone is so kind and positive. The drinks are always amazing!

Tipped themselves without asking. Drinks are always great. The only reason this is getting a low rating is because the person... taking my order just assumed I wanted to give them a tip and without asking added one. I was using the app and expected them toask, like they usually do. When she didn't I was surprised. So I asked for a recipe and sure enough, there was a tip added. Ichecked to make sure the app didn't auto add one, and it's not set to add a tip. If she would have asked I would have tipped hermore than she stole. Read more
