Purchased order an hour in advance, with my provided email and contact phone number. After waiting an hour and driving across... town to pickup my order, proceeded to waiting 30 min in line while people drove up and order and wait for their food, meanwhileI wait for my pre arranged order, finally is my turn, I was Informed they were out of my order and couldn't fulfill it. Thankyou for wasting 2 hours in my time leaving with only a result in poor service and no food. The absolute GOAT Sub Shop in America! Grew up in Chicago. Have lived in Indiana, Minnesota, South Carolina, Washington, Oregon... & Colorado. I have NEVER had a better SubSandwhich ANYWHERE! Not only that, I had my first Tony's SubSandwich in themid-1990's. Before 2020 my last Tony's SubSandwhich before today was in April 2006! Nothing has changed. Same qualityingredients, same high standard by his staff, same wonderful sandwich creations. If you live in Walla Walla Washington, you liveamidst greatness. A great sub shop most times going there Is a good experience. I went there yesterday evening an hour before closing and the thin... blonde lady in her mid fortys or so must hate men she treated me worse than I've ever been treated just intentionally beyondrude to me and kept my change. If you want to keep your business reputation good I would fire her. Just a thought. Read more
We ordered a half club with everything on it, however, we did not get everything. Missing 1 type of meat, no salt, pepper, olive... oil or vinegar on it and very little lettuce. I requested extra crispy bacon, to have floppy bacon. I grew up eating here butthe last 8 times we've had food here, it's been only 2 times we were happy with our food. We also had to wait 40 mins, when noone else was around and they had no other orders to work on. Pic is after I added pepper to it. Read more
I do not write reviews but this place is so bad. The egg salad was filled with shells and the meat was so dry. The pannini had... like no ingredients on it, just bread. I understand why the parking lot is always empty now. There is so much good food in WallaWalla so don't waste your time. The girl making it was nice though. Read more
