Updated review: The food is still amazing. We had the street tacos, tamales, and nachos this time. The tacos are always... excellent, but the nachos were also surprisingly good. The tamales tasted good, but are imported so I could take them or leavethem. This place is absolute fire; a hidden gem in Wallace. The food was amazing and service phenomenal. I loved the homemadesalsas and fresh combinations of ingredients for traditional and new age dishes. Will definitely be returning. When they say thechicken tinga is spicy they aren't kidding, but the flavor was worth the heat. We also had the steak, shrimp and al pastor tacosand a steak burrito which were all delicious. Dropped by as I was stopping for espresso during my travels. Love Hispanic food so I went to try them out. My companion ordered... street tacos and I ordered the Caribbean steak tacos. I wish I had the words to describe what a great experience my husband and I had here! The tamarind shrimp tacos reminded me of... my love of good coastal Mexican food. The blanco queso was amazingly well seasoned, a perfect blend of spice, cream, and umami.The roja was delightful but the tomatillo salsa was unctuous in its creaminess and freshness. Read more
Great food and Great service! We came in, family of 6, and were immediately greeted by a very friendly hostesses. She moved... tables together so we could all sit together and was very pleasant and patient with us. Food was fantastic. Wish out stomachswere larger so we could try more options. Traveling through the states, we came across this beautiful town serving the tastiest tacos and altered their menu to make the... best vegan tacos! The chef came out and worked with us to put these super yummy tacos together, complete with hearts of palmsalsa, pineapple, mango salsa, guacamole and more!! Stopped by for some tacos after hearing lots of good things about this place. Everything was true! Great tacos! The marinated... steak tacos was so flavorful and the steak was tender! Drinks were delicious and our server was very nice. Would definitelyrecommend stopping by. The only thing is this is a small establishment so be patient if they are busy. It is absolutely worthit!
