Wish I could have given 5 stars. Worker was friendly. I went to the drive thru window. I ordered a 2.99 burger and a Big Hardee... and large fries. No fries! Had to go back. Got home order was not as I placed it, onions on the burger and no sauce on The BigHardee. I wonder if a manager was on site. It was about 7:30 P.M. Read more
Would like to know why Wallace Hardee's no longer has breakfast burritos but seems other Hardee's do am on fixed income and... looked forward to getting it and out of the blue they don't have it,I know there are other things that don't sell that well butthey still have had quit going to Hardee's for years because of the service and always getting wrong order tried to go backafter years and once again can't get what I want won't be going back again!!!!!!!!!! Only giving it two stars because the cashier was friendly. I came in around 2 o?clock today and ordered a big cheeseburger and... fries. There was one woman waiting for her order ahead of me, and aside from that it was an entirely empty restaurant. There wasno one working on the grill whatsoever and when a manager, a younger lady with a bad perm, went back there I was appalled. Shemade the food, and seemed to be mad at it. Slamming 3 burgers and a boxed 3 piece tender into the stainless steal area that thefront of the house fills orders from. Then she came around and seemed bothered that customers had dared to order food. The womanthat was waiting got her two big cheeseburgers and 2 pies, then I got my order. If her experience was anything like mine, she?llprobably be writing a review as well. What I received was a box of old and cold fries that had been half dumped in the bag, anda burger that was colder than your exes heart. No soft bun, which was as cold as the burger, yet somehow the ketchup and pickleswere warm. All this after a 10 minute wait. Manager was very nice but served me cold food. I really wanted to try the new primal burger. Which I feel would have been really... good cooked fresh not a dried out burger that's been sitting in a steam well. I was the only customer in there and still wasserved cold food. Really not surprised all fast food restaurants in Wallace are pretty bad with the exception of KFC. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for an order, was accused of lying about not receiving it, then as the manager on duty, Erica, bagged it up... she started making several racial slurs. I've never had such horrible service in my life! Read more
Food was ok in quality. Workers are distracted and messed up my order due to random conversations. No condiments and I had to... remind them I needed a drink. They showed NO work ethic in lunch rush. Customer service starts with the counter. Put customersfirst and personal conversations second. Read more
It's so wonderful when you spend $3.79 for a shake that's only ? full. Then they wrap napkins around to hid it. So... disappointing. Read more
