Waited 15 minutes on the side of the building for my food with 1 car ahead of me (parked on the side as well). Than 2 more cars... pull up order and get put on the side to wait. All 3 people get their food while I'm still waiting and I can clearly see theemployee's taking selfies on their phones and texting. If they stayed off their phones and actually work than I wouldn't havehad a issue. I worked to work in fast food but the excuse I got was "oh my bad, so sorry, weve been busy all day and trying tocatch up" . Catch up on what? The texts? Obviously not people's orders. Read more

My family and I use to frequent here a lot. Food and definitely service started to lack so we stopped. We recently gave it... another go (I loved the salads). Today, I ordered my normal grilled zalad and my son the new chicken bacon ranch fries, hisfries were good but 1 piece of bacon. He was happy. My zalad, had wilted lettuce and tomatoes with a wedge of iceberg lettuce.It smelled off as well and slimy. I called to speak with the manager, Adriana .M is what I was told and she said that alllettuce is bagged in shipped in so I asked, you allow your employees to put out bad lettuce? She said she looked at everythingbefore it was put out. Everything was good. ( I fine that hard to believe as I made fresh salads at Zahara's in Wilmington and Iwas never checked after my first 2 weeks were over.) I then asked about the tomatoes, she said there cut fresh daily, Hmmm. I'm41 yrs old and grow tomatoes, I know what a fresh vs old tomato is. I then asked about the french onions and if they were out ofthem. She said no, I said they've been off my salad 2x this week. To me this sounds as internal. The service was terrible. The young lady tasked with taking orders at the front counter was sitting in a booth on her phone when... I walked in with my family. She was irritated that we interrupted her and had nothing but attitude while taking our order. Assoon as we walked away to get drinks from the half broken drink machine she immediately sat back in her booth on her phone. Alltables and booths were sticky and dirty. There was no cool air in the building. Being that it was 95° outside we chose to eatinside to cool off a bit but that was not possible. I am highly dissatisfied at what passes for employment these days. Terriblethat businesses like yours allows such crude help. Read more

Food was cold. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in a while, there is gunk all around the faucets and a red fungus ring in the... toilet! There is some kind of funk/gunk on the plastic where the ice comes out of drink machine, at 1120 in the morning and usbeing one of the first few customers, that is plain ridiculous, meaning no one cleaned last night at all! We also had to wait awhile for anyone to come to the front to wait on us! I know it's hard to find workers but I thought whoever runs thisestablishment would want to know. Read more

I usually love Zaxbys, but this location is HORRIBLE!! We stopped for lunch at 1pm, which should have been near the end of the... lunch rush, and ate inside. We ordered a salad, and a signature sandwich meal. There were 5 people, plus the "manager" working,yet we waited 25 minutes to get our food!!! When I went to complain to the manager about the amount of time it took once I gotmy food, she lied to me and told me the signature sandwich takes 8 minutes to cook, and that's why it took so long... ?? It was 95 degrees outside. Expected to get a nice cold drink of my choice with my meal. No ice available. Had to ask for ice... behind counter. Went to choose my soda. Machine didn't have any of my choices. Had to ask for behind counter and still didn'thave what I wanted. A diet Coke. Come on!! It didn't appear that anyone behind the counter cared.???????? No working soap dispenser, no paper towels in towel dispenser. I notified the high school age kid working the register and he... just said "yeah, we are working on it.." after I had just watched for the last 15 minutes standing around doing nothing.. willnot return to here and it is also funny how Zaxby's responds to five star ratings but does not address lower star ratingconcerns.. wow????
