Four of us went to chucks Nov 14th we were served by Ashley we received excellent service. The food was terrible French fryes... were hard and mostly cold my hamburger must of been cooked the day before it was tough and way over cooked. My wife couldn't eather chicken it was dry the fries were the same as mine the same with the in laws meals they had fish it was ok. There coffee wasalso cold. This is based in my last visit. Went in with the family. We ordered 30 mins later everyone's dinner came out. Was told yours... will be out in a minute. 15 mins later still nothing waitress came by "yours will be out in 1 min" 10 more mins go by. Family isdone eating. She comes by a again can I get you a soup until yours comes out. I said sure and might as well put mine in a takeout container. Ate my soup and 10 mins later my food finally arrived. Got $140.00 in takeout food including several surf & turf dinners. Everything was done to perfection with the exception of one... of the 2 baked potatoes. It had what looked like a large black tumour in it hidden under the cheese. We're glad it didn't geteaten. The rest of the food was delicious & filling enough. Read more

My wife and I dropped by yesterday for lunch. The waitress (Sonya) was excellent. Bubbly personality, very customer focused,... came back a couple of time to make sure we were ok, always there to refill the soft drink. Its been a long time since we havehad such a great waitress, mentioned it to the manager as well. Read more

This Chuck's in my hometown. I eat here many times when I am home. 1/2 price loaded cheese fries with a sub zero Canadian is the... best after 9pm. Their menu is great all the time. Read more

Must have new cook as my wings were cold. Fries were cold. Only half a bowl of gravy. My wifes burger was really greasy. Food... there is usually good but not today. Waitresses was great but suffered in tip because of the cook. Not a chef. Read more

Went here twice for dinner. On a Tuesday and Wednesday. First day it took 15 min to get seated. Then waited over and hour after... ordering to get our food. The servers looked over run. Running table to table trying there best to keep things moving. Read more
