We just had a long drive fron toronto very hungry we bought fish and chips for 16.00 there totally disappointed being friends... recommended it from there it was highliner triangle boxed fish and chips the inside was uncooked very little fries. I expectedhomemade battered right there on the spot fish and chips the coleslaw had a bad odor to it .I give them a zero points yuk neveragain .Jerry you need to change your price not worth the money and make homemade from scratch fish and chips. If you enjoy hand-tossed authentic pizza, look no further. Always a delicious pie, and should be supported by this town. Cookie... cutter chains can't touch this. Well done Gerry's, keep up the great work. People will try the new guys, but they will comeback because quality matters. Read more
Gerry's has always been my main go to for pizza in this town. He is always cordial when I come in the door even when he is very... busy. Now the phone reception/order taker could use some customers service tips but hey I'm after great pizza so as long as theorder is correct I can tolerate that. Prices may be a little high and that 50 cent surcharge for using debit, Grrrr...oh well,when your the best in town I suppose I can put up wit that too. Read more
The pizza here is usually much better, but for this visit the food was sub-par. We were given a 25-30m estimate over the phone... and arrived a few minutes early. We ended up having to wait inside for roughly 25m before the food was ready and the pizza wasundercooked, crust was soggy. It was better as leftovers after having been baked longer in the oven at home. Normally I'drecommend it as the best pizza place in the immediate area, but the most recent visit was not a good showing. Read more
I was looking for the zero Star button. Call to order a pizza. The "lady" on the other end of rude, grouchy, and had NO... telephone manners or etiquette. No wonder her customers AND employees are leaving. After taking my order asked for my deliverydetails. HELLO, I wasn't finished ordering. Then she tells me it will be 1.5 hours, probably 2. If it is going to take thatlong they don't need my business. I asked for a call back from the Manager. Won't hold my breath because I started askingaround about the lady answering the phone and my contacts said she was the owner. Just saved me over $50.00/week - I WAS aweekly customer. Read more
