Not accommodating. The person at cash did not hear me say no tomatoes. When I noticed it was not on the screen, I inquired. The... first response from the packager was "its already made". The cashier accepted this. Food tasted alright, I just removed thetomatoes myself. What shocked me was the inability to rectify an order that was sitting in front of the packager, to accommodatethe customer. Won't be going back. Read more

When you ask for lots of sauce they only give a small hand full maybe one per taco if lucky

Don't put enough beef or chicken in their foods on the whole menu, very skimpy save your money worse taco bell around. Never... thought my taco bell Wallaceburg would get over 600,000 views, WOW, while since I posted the review the store has differentowners still same quantity and quality of food but a very hospitable group of people that are just doing what they been taught. I still can remember when a taco was 99 cents. The service is great and is located within a convenience store for all your... needs. Just seems to be a bit over priced for 5 bites. Read more

Turned me away due to covid taco bell "rules". Told me I was basically lying; said "how did you get here?" Then proceeded to... tell me I wouldn't be helped and to use the drive thru. I told them I didnt have a vehicle, which was completely true and stillturned me away. The sign clearly states they will be taking customers who do not have a vehicle and transport drivers. I wascompletely embarrassed!! Rude front counter staff member, and I've been told this woman is always rude! If you do not likecustomer service, do not deal with the public! Read more

Terrible customer service. Only two people scheduled for Halloween which is a busy night for all fast food restaurants.... Charlotte was snippy and rude. Asking their hours Charlotte gave me the response 'not soon enough'. She was also making snidecomments on how much customers were ordering. Being in fast food previously, it's totally understandable to be frustrated in arush. On a positive note, props to Keaton who handled the rush awesome. Not to say the both weren't working hard but hisservice was noticable. Not only was he taking orders through the drive in and at the counter, making and preparing food, andensuring the orders were correct, he delivered great service threw it all. Props to him for getting slightly flustered buthandling it like a champ. Read more
