We just left the Black Goose minutes ago having the Worst experience ever.. We made reservation.. Not too many people in... restaurant however we waited 45 minutes before waitress arrived and then she admitted she forgot about us. WHAT we got after weordered was that the Nachos didn't even have what was advertised on menu. We got nachos with so little anything it was simplyburned chips on a plate. No lettuce, olives sour cream was missing.. and it arrived with burnt nachos that left a horrid tastein your mouth !! We were SO disappointed and felt like we were not appreciated as customers the red head waitress didn't careabout what the customer wanted. The slow service and horrible food makes us turned off we didn't even start the nachos.. We paidthe bill and left without touching the burned food that was lack lustrous.. The portion size of the meal was generous for the price. Good bang for your buck. Ended up taking our meals home as we couldn't... finish them. Service was great. Food was delicious. Best to reserve ahead of time as seating is limited. But we got in withoutreservation. Will go back to try out other dishes! Read more
This place is racist. The waitress in her 40's brown straightened hair with blonde highlights slammed her hand twice on the... table and told us to leave to free up the spot when it took them 20 minutes for them to serve us the food and we only had 20minutes to eat. There was a white couple who was there the same amount of time we were and they were not told to leave to freeup the table!! We needed a butter knife and she told us to use my fork to spread the butter. I was like..you don't have a butterknife we could use? So she gets the knife but she slams it on the table!! Been here several times and always enjoyed the food. Wait staff have been fantastic but today was a total disappointment.... Ordered the broasted chicken which I've had before and always enjoyed but this time it was extremely spicy had instantheartburn. The waitress who wasn't the friendliest said she asked the cook and they said it was the same as always. I thinkmaybe yhey should have tasted it because because it's never spicy.
