Fast and efficient. Not as busy as the other Tim Hortons location in town. They don't give you napkins unless you ask for... it. They're always out of croissants both chocolate and plain. The other location in Wallaceburg always has them. Read more
I was at tim hortons (60 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, ON N8A 1R9) today (Sept 14, 2022, approx 11:00 am) when I walked into the... establishment and walked up to the counter, no one came to my attention for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for someone to get offtheir phone so I could order. I thought nothing of it as they could be short staffed and it could be an important call. Iordered like I normally would and then waited down at the pick up counter for my food. 10 minutes later I haven't seen anyonemake any progress on my food. I asked one of the employees and she just shrugged me off. After another 5 minutes I got a littlebit louder as no one was moving or doing anything and I asked what's going on as they took my money and i dont have my food. Igot a little reckless but still spoke with respect and asked where my food was. They finally said it would be 1 minute. When Igot my food the lady at the counter threw it at me and when I said have a nice day she said ?okay? and went back to the backroom. So after +15 minutes of waiting and rude staff, they gave me the wrong thing. I asked for 2 sausage farmers wraps and theygave me 2 bacon farmers wraps and no eggs, hash browns and sauce. bacon and a tortilla. I just recently made this my morning timmies stop after I was fed up with the service at the one closer there my place, but I am... starting to realize the productivity seems to be consistent. The workers seems to just want to take their time getting yourorder/ even coming to take your order seems to be a chore for them. If this continues I?ll be finding another tim hortons for mymorning routine. Read more
This is not a good Tim's. Very disappointing. It was only 11am and they had almost nothing in the showcases. My breakfast wrap... was made on a wrap that was way over the 24 hr mark. To top it off I asked for a double cup because I travel and it keep thecoffee warmer longer and the lady at counter actually argued with me about it. I know it's policy not to and I know that thepolicy says do not argue if someone wants one give them one. She absolutely refused and just kept telling me it's policy. Therewould be no Tim's if it wasn't for the guests coming. I won't be back to this one ever and I travel right by every week. Read more
