Biggby coffee is a small independent company with dozens of franchiseholders around Metro Detroit who independently own and... operate their locations. The high school kids that work there do a reasonable job of delivering decent hot & cold/frozen coffeedrinks in a variety of flavors. This is a place that has minimal food (muffins & cookies) & atmosphere. I presume that they haveWiFi as I see people on their laptops. I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte, frozen, approximately 24 Oz. My bill came to$7.94, which is on par with a venti Starbucks. I find that the coffee is not as strong as their competitor, but it issmooth. Coffee drinks aside, this chain needs to offer more pastries (like Dunkin) or higher quality finger food. Read more

I'm getting really irritated with biggby. I come here for the bragels and NOBODY makes them the same. Why anyone would think... someone wants a warmed up bagel with cold meat and cold cheese on it?! Is it not supposed to be heated entirely? I mean if it'ssupposed to be cold at least make a disclaimer that it's not a hot breakfast sandwich. Again, not sure who would want that orwhy but I do keep getting them so ??????????? oh and you can try to call about it once you're done driving to your destination,but they won't answer. ???? This is a great Biggby location. It has easy parking and plenty of seating. Plus, the staff is always cheerful.
