I ordered a whopper meal with fries and a drink. The only decent item was the drink. The fries were like cardboard and the... meat in the whopper was terrible. I think it was the worse burger I have ever eaten. I could not finish my food. I won't beback. Burger King has really gone down hill! Read more

Waited in line at drive thru. I had a coupon code for a impossible burger but after I gave the coupon code the order taker said... that the computers were offline for it. The register's must of still of been working though as they were still taking orders???A big let down as they should of allowed a overide to enter it another way or something!!! I am not entirely sure if the personknew how to enter this code number correctly? A complete waste of time!!! Read more

My Husband and I were there about a week ago, getting lunch. I get everyone?s short staffed, so I didn?t mind waiting. I told... the employee I wanted my burger plain, with no cheese, literally just a bun & burger. First she rushed me at the speaker, so Ididn?t complete my full order. Needless to say, the order was wrong. So we went back around. When we told her the problem herresponse was ?you need to make sure I hear you, and repeat the order back?. I told her I didn?t know it was my job to repeatback an order, and that her only response was to apologize and fix it. Won?t be coming back to this one, I?ll drive to the onein wixom. Read more

Unprofessional and rude employee working drive thru this morning. I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing... my experience with others to inform them of the service that is given here. I have contacted corporate and hope that in thefuture Burger King takes better caution in who they employ. If you are not a people person you sure do not belong in customerservice nor any where dealing with the public. You have to have a good attitude, be friendly and kind not rude, dismissive nordisrespectful! Read more

Horrible! They serve you cold food with smiling faces...I ordered 4 minutes before I pulled up through the app. No other... vehicles in the parking lot besides the two employee vehicles so they weren't busy. They served me a cold Whopper and cold,limp, soggy unsalted fries. As you can see in the pic the fries aren't even filled all the way. Plus I took a picture of the bagso you can see that none were left in the bottom of the bag. I got about a dozen napkins though probably just put my food outin. The impossible Whopper Patty was ice cold, colder than the bun. I asked for extra pickle, no tomato, light onion and regularlettuce so they would make it fresh. Instead they served me cold food and smiled at me the whole time. As you can see from myburger pic no extra pickles, no light onion, barely any lettuce... it's probably been sitting there since noon.
