The worst place I have been to in awhile, Do NOT GO!!! The service took to long. The food was cold! I ordered the chili and it... was not even warm, the cheese on top wasn?t even trying to melt!!! I ordered the patty melt and onion rings, I could of gottenbetter from a polish Chinese man cooking soul food! My plate was the last one delivered too. They didn?t even try correcting it.This is my second time being here and I tried giving it a second chance after receiving raw chicken wings the first time. New look, same Casey's! Before my visit last week, it had been almost 2 years since i had made a trip to Casey's, and I was... blown away when I walked through the door. The renovations look great, and it is a big change from the old look, but the food,staff and service are all just as good as they have ever been! Read more
We had our daughter?s baby shower at Casey?s today. The food was absolutely amazing! They have a wonderful establishment with... a friendly atmosphere, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect!! We came for My Trivia Live on Thursday and it was amazing, and so fun! Our waitress Stephanie S. was fantastic and recommended... the best cocktails, highly recommend the Blueberry Field If you want fruity or the S?mores cocktail if you like chocolate/sweet.We had eaten before we came but will definitely be back to eat after looking at the menu which was extensive with a lot ofunique options. The service here is absolutely horrible. I can?t even rate the quality of the food because the service was so poor. Took over an... hour to get an APPETIZER. People had to sit at tables for 20 minutes with dirty dishes from the previous diners. Don?t wasteyour time. Update: our appetizer never came because it was given to another table. When the food came, it took 10 minutes toget silverware. Drinks were refilled once over an hour and half period. Not sure if the service is a reflection of themanagement but it was very poorly managed. Again - don?t waste your time. Read more
