Lobby is closed my truck won't fit through the drive thru called the store as I normally have anywhere else because no one has... an open lobby anymore and this is the first time I was declined any kind of service. The night crew are terrible rude and dismissive and incompetent, leaving off major parts of an order and then refusing to speak... by closing the window and walking away. Morning crew are the opposite, very pleasant. Read more
It?s seriously hit or miss here. For delivery specifically it?s awful. Food is always cold. Overall main issue is they never... salt the fries!!! This is why people love McDonald?s. How hard is it to put salt on fries?? Read more
EXTREMELY rude service, rushing us while we order and yelling at eachother over the head set while taking orders, while giving... the money they were swearing on the inside of the building at eachother. Just very rude service overall, I'd be embarrassed. Read more

Love the new look!!! But they needed to give the staff a really good makeover as well. New UPDATE!!!! The drive threw guy was... very rude and when I paid I paid with a $100. and .24 cents that was 2 dimes and 4 pennies and if you notice there is a cameramounted on the wall so I handed the guy my money and my change should?ve been exactly $87 and I got back $86 and change so Iexplain to him that I gave him $100 bill with $.24 and he called me a liar and that I did not give him any change. So I explainto him yes I did he told me to pull forward because I was causing trouble I asked to speak with a manager about the situation. Ispoke with manager told her the situation and I ask her to pull up the camera footage she told me that she did not have accessto the camera only managers do!! I said aren?t you a manager she said YES I am. I showed her my receipt and it shows that I paidwith the $50 bill and $.24 and she said there was nothing she could do. I hope the owners of this McDonald?s establishment isvery proud of their very shady and very disrespectful employees. Read more
Each time I've gone to this McDonald's my order has been either wrong or prepared poorly. They don't serve fresh fries. Very... disappointed because I like McDonald's but I can't get good service close to me home. I've made complaints to the corporatenumber and nothing has improved. Read more
