It's McDonald's at this point the food is what it is. It ALL comes down to customer service. This particular location on that... morning had a free small coffee table set up as u pull out of the drive thru. The young lady that gave me the food said, "have afree coffee" and pointed toward the table..so I pull up and was told it didn't start until 8:30 it was 8:28 so I couldn't haveone...lol wow! Very short staffed. Depending on who?s on shift the food is either wrong, rushed, or quite the opposite. Managers have narrowed... down to leave the competent ones working during rushes and have too many responsibilities to create a fast and thorough fastfood experience. It?s no wonder you waited 10 minutes for your food, they have 3 people in the entire building, would you liketo go in and help them? No? Then shut up and enjoy the meal that costs the same as the drinks you would?ve bought at a sit downrestaurant, and waited as long to get it as it would?ve taken for the waiter to take your order. Mostly sanitary. Time aftertime again they make bad decisions and let employees go needlessly, having previously worked there and knowing many people whocurrently work there, I know how the staff operate and for how short staffed they are, they work too hard for these ungratefulpeople in the reviews. Time and time again I?ve read reviews by people who have no understanding of how a restaurant operates.If you don?t know what you?re talking about, don?t slander honest workers who are working themselves to death just to get yourfood to you at 10PM on a Sunday. My boyfriend and I went to this location, and we went into the lobby. There was NO SIGN saying the lobby was closed, and already... had a patron inside. As soon as we walked in, we where greeted with "NO. NO ONES GOING TO HELP YOU" in a very angry tone. Thecashier did come up and politely tells me the lobby was closing. I've worked retail and food most of my life, and this is NOThow this should've happened. Read more
Good location for a McDonalds, clean, good staff, looks renovated recently. They have a play area for toddlers and small kids... that you can leave kids to play at and have a peaceful food experience. Ample parking, speedy service and drive thru helps makethis a frequent favourite. Read more
I usually am a 5 star or 1 star reviewer but this location is good some days and just garbage other days? and today was a... garbage day. I highly doubt there is a setting on the pop machine that fills the cup COMPLETELY full of ice? Do companies notunderstand even when the cup is half full of ice, people get irritated since you are getting less soda to drink? At least nowwhen I get home and open a can of coke from my own supply to pour into here, I won?t need to use my own cup or ice from myfreezer as well. Also no sauce with my nuggets so please do better or your location will suffer further :) Read more
