I rarely say this, but I wish I could give this place zero stars. I should have heeded the warnings from all the recent bad... reviews and avoided this place. I ordered two footlongs and got a fooltlong and a six inch. If that?s not bad enough, theydidn?t put cheese on my sandwiches either. I arrived at 10am for the sub giveaway and was told this shop was not participating!!! Upon learning different I called at 2:15... to inquire, a male said they did have a giveaway. When I explained I was DENIED my freebie at 10:02am and our call wasdisconnected. There was no answer when i called back! I demand action from corporate against this rudeness. First, as I walked in, the floor hadn't been swepted. Second, the young lady who was taking my order was unprofessional. She... kept asking me what I wanted over and over again as if she was hard of hearing are just obvious of what she was doing. She alsodecided to talk to her mother on the store phone all while handling my order. She didn't even bother to change he plastic glovesafter using the phone while handling the food. When asked what I like on my sandwich, the vegetable been were at the bottom ofthe pans, meaning I got the scraps,Then she decided to ask for help and to get fresh veggies. Then the manager, who was lollygaging while I got this poor service, decided to come help at the register. Don't know if it was because of Friday the 13th orthis crew was not on the same page. Some young man was helping a customer with several subs. ANOTHER employee started buffing the floor, and mopping. I verbally... mentioned my disappointment.
