Extremely rude and inpatient! The first idem I ordered, I was told very rudely that "I can't make that as of right now". And I... can understand if you can not complete the order but there was no reason to be so aggressive. So I continued to order, but afterevery one of the items I would order I would be asked aggressively "Is that it" every idem! And I can also understand If yourvery eager and rushed, If you're extremely busy but there was only 2 customers one vehicle in front of me and myself! But to topit off once I got to the window to receive my order my drink was shoved into my hand and my bag was pretty much thrown at me.I'm absolutely baffled by this behavior! And in the end my food was absolutely cold. I really don't like leaving bad reviews butthis was the worst customer service I have ever had! I will not be returning. Read more
Did an order for 180 tacos for a church event. The team was accommodating and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to accurately... fulfill the order. Read more
They care less about what you order. The order was good on the drive through screen but the person making the order cared least... and put random ingredients and far from what was ordered. Also added meat to vegetarian crunch wrap. All substitutions requestedwere WRONGLY replaced with random stuff. Read more

Never waited an hour in a fast food drive through until now. No phone is hooked up to call. Would have left if I didn't already... pay online. Won't be back to the Wallked Lake Taco Bell again. I hear this is common, no issues at other locations. I wouldadvise skipping this TB and heading to another, it will save time guaranteed. Read more
Much improved over the last few months. For a while there it seemed like they had some employees that couldn't cared any less... about getting an order correct, but the last few time I went there have been much better. Employees are polite and pleasant,orders filled quickly and correctly. I'm glad for it, and hope it continues. Read more
Waited 40 minutes in drive-thru on Sunday July 24th during 12:30pm lunch hour with only 3 cars in front of me. Fast food took... 40 minutes on Sunday?!? All I ordered were two taco supremes which cost almost $6.00!! I wasted all my time and gas for tacosthat tasted stale and nasty. Never again. Read more
Whoever worked the night on Monday, October 31st. Short staffed taking 1 order at a time, you guys did a wonderful job. No... complaints, respectful, nice. The food was amazing for being shirt handed. They deserve some kind of accolade whether it's ahandshake or a raise. Read more
