I came here for the first time last night, and I must say the food is amazing. It’s great the atmosphere was good that was... live music but our server sucked, and for a restaurant that charges 18% gratuity automatically to the bill. The view is a 10 AND the staff and food are just as good!! The hostess was welcoming and friendly. The waitress had great... recommendations. Will 100% be back!! One critique… and I make it almost everywhere I go… they serve dessert with a giantsoup spoon. I get that it’s a pet peeve of mine BUT the dessert was so yummy and pretty and to eat it with a shovel is… eww.Again not a big deal if you don’t care or bring your own dessert spoon (yes, yes I do). ???? The atmosphere and location were amazing! Such a vibe! Live band with great energy. Total plus, that the food was great too. The... drinks were good, the service was good. Every time I come here It's great. The service, the atmosphere, the music, the food. Love it. Unfortunately, I went in for my... birthday dinner with my family. We ordered the big ol' seafood boil. Well worth the money, by the way. Darrick, our server, wasan absolute rockstar! We ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese off their specials board at the front, near the host stand, to takehome for a family member who couldn't make it out. Once we got home, It became painfully obvious there's no lobster in it. Itscrayfish, I even found a crayfish leg in the mac. For $25 I expected a little better than this. Only one star because you can’t review without any. DO NOT COME HERE! This place is absolute trash. The wait staff has no idea... what’s going on, and on top of that, They’re incredibly rude and you can tell they hate working here. We spent 45 minutestrying to even get situated with a table, once we finally did, we had to ask for menus and silverware, as well as the table tobe wiped down. We finally ordered our food and I didn’t think I had to ask if the chicken tacos were served warm or cold…. Itook a bite and to my surprise it was cold. We sent it back and the restaurant “policy” is that they can’t take anythingoff your bill whether you like it or not. The manager himself, upon telling us this news, said today is his last day here.Everyone is unhelpful, the “policies” are unfair, and the food is trash. The “hoagie” roll that the lobster roll came onwas a soggy piece of white bread that was hanging out in the kitchen somewhere, and was disgusting. I repeat, do not come here. Read more
