we got two bagels & some donut holes which were very delicious. the baristas/workers seemed very stressed but they were so... polite, especially when some woman took our order, they were very helpful & remade our sandwiches for us. very sweet workers,remember to tip ! Read more
Normally this is my favorite place. I always leave big tips. I got my 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. First bagel, not... much cream cheese but I figured it's whatever. Open my 2nd...where's my cream cheese!? There's barely anything on it. It's a bigpiece of dry bread. I'll make my own if you're going to charge me a high price and not put on the full amount that it's supposedto have. I'm so disappointed. I tried calling this location and there was no answer. The worst experience ever for the location on northwestern highway in southfield. Worst staff customer service and management... and ripping off prices. Been to so many never had such bad experience and I will never go there ever again. Ii do notrecommended at all. Paid $17 for 2 small coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Read more
The staff are great. However they recently advertised that their dining room is open but when I went to the door at 7:30 on a... Sunday it was locked so I don't know if they have different dining hours and they do before drive-thru hours but it was kind ofannoying because the staff just looked at me and didn't come to the door so I guess I was a little confused. I come here allthe time mostly through drive-thru though and generally the staff is super great except for this one time. Read more
Very good and clean Tim Hortons. Busy most of the time so the wait will be a little . Donuts are made fresh most of the time????
Probably one of the worst - managed Tim Hortons in the state. I feel bad for the employees that are here because they work so... hard. Poor management is the problem m.
