I would give 0 stars if possible, like this place is insane. I am a Dasher for Doordash, and every time I get an order for this... specific location I usually go through the drive thru that was until wendys changed there policy they always tell me I have tocome inside the lobby to pick the food up even though I told them I have a serious leg injury, they insist I come inside. Nowheres the crazy part. So I just gave up on going through the drive thru and than started attempting to pick it up in the lobby.When I try to do that they tell me I have to pick up the order in the drive thru. And this happens every time I get an order atthis location i mean every time. I understand if wendys is doing orders only in the lobby but this happens too frequently. Likemake up your mind or even put a sign out. I never had this problem at any other location rude people working inside too. Read more
Fast food meals are getting so expensive. I paid $10.50 for a medium grilled chicken sandwich meal. The chicken sandwich was so... so. Partly because no lettuce due to their ecoli problem. The fries were not fresh. Not worth $10.50 to me. Read more

Update your hours if you?re going to close before 10. Came into the drive thru at 9:10 with an online order I already paid for,... just for them to rudely say ?We?re closed.? While there are two cars at the windows. If we had already paid for our order, theyshould?ve honored that if they were still helping customers. (Keep in mind everywhere online and their signs say they close at10.) Very disrespectful. Read more
The only time this location is good is during lunch and before. There are usually managers who care about customers working... then. After 1 or 2pm you can forget about getting fresh food buddy.. Read more
Got chicken tenders when they first came out from here, I didn't like them at all. You could tell the grease wasn't cleaned &... they tasted dry. I went back and got replacements and they tasted exactly like the first ones. Don't think I'll be returning tothis location. Read more
I used the drive thru to order lunch and then parked nearby to eat. The greeter in DT was very personable and pleasant. The line... moved quickly and my order was perfectly fresh and delicious with high quality throughout. I highly recommend it. Read more
