Couldn't win here. Not a normal place I eat (ever) but children were hungry, my options were limited. Drive thru girl could not... get the right combo numbers. Then didnt get the combos right at the window. Then was miffed that we changed it at the windowbecause she didn't ask at the speaker. Then got the order wrong after we drove away. Wasn't worth dealing with fixing it. Notworth the time. No receipt either. Sigh. Wonderful drive through experience. Read more

Horrible customer service! The young lady on the drive thru window "Anything Else's" you to death as if she's tired of being at... work. When I specifically asked them for fresh hot fries they give me cold fries and then regive cold fries after I ask nicelyfor "fresh hot fries". The egg rolls were wonderful though! Read more
I ordered a chicken fajita pita. The chicken was luke warm, but I was hungry so I ate it. Big mistake. Woke up in the middle of... the night with excruciating pains in my stomach. Was throwing up and having chills. Please make sure your chicken is cookedproperly. Never again! Read more
Do NOT place mobile orders at this location or Hempstead?s!! They will not give you your food, nor a refund of your money even... if they have problems with the system on THEIR END! Not the customers end!!! They also claim they never have managers workingwhen asked to speak to one!!! WHERE IS THE OWNER? When asked for their names to report to CORPORATE they will also not givethose either. A VERY unprofessional establishment and the workers I would give ZERO stars if I could. Read more
We had a bad experience about a month ago, and figured it was just a bad day. We stopped in for a quick meal on the go and the... service was even worse. The young lady that was assisting us was doing her best, but her manager (I guess it was a manager) gotinvolved and started being rude to us. The young lady tried to explain to the manager what we were asking, but apparently themanager told her to shut up in Spanish. She obviously didn't know that my daughter sitting in the back seat speaks Spanish. Iexplained to the manager that I was no longer interested in doing business at her location, and said thank you too the younglady trying to help us. Read more
If you want fried tortillas when you order tacos this is where you should come. 4/6 tacos came empty. I dont even know what the... buldge is cause theres nothing lol , how yall make them with air inside ? I haven't ate all day and i got taco shell for dinner.Smh. Read more
