I order ahead and have to wait longer than if I just order it there . I waited 20 mins for my order to find out my fires didn?t... go through cause I used points . So I put it through quick and another 10 mins goes by I asked about it they had the nerve totell me there?s a bunch of orders in front of you. They were to busy and couldn?t handle it . My salad was no good chicken wascold and my sandwich did not have cheese. The service needs to be looked at here managers and all. Needs to be more professional. Customer is always right !!!!!! I've been to a lot of Chick Fil As over time traveling a lot and wanting to have something you are used to for food. This place... is one of the nicest locations I've been to. The fresh flowers made it extra nice to just take a break from the road and haveyour lunch. I love how convenient this location is in regards to Route 15 off ramps. Staff was very welcoming as well.
