I order ahead and have to wait longer than if I just order it there . I waited 20 mins for my order to find out my fires didn?t... go through cause I used points . So I put it through quick and another 10 mins goes by I asked about it they had the nerve totell me there?s a bunch of orders in front of you. They were to busy and couldn?t handle it . My salad was no good chicken wascold and my sandwich did not have cheese. The service needs to be looked at here managers and all. Needs to be more professional. Customer is always right !!!!!! Cookie parfait I'd my favorite item here. I got the recipe from a worker and finally was able to find a supermarket that sold... this specific yogurt. I was so excited to make my own parfait at home for a fraction of the cost! Also, I made an extra largesized portion! So Satisfying to say the least. Read more
I've been to a lot of Chick Fil As over time traveling a lot and wanting to have something you are used to for food. This place... is one of the nicest locations I've been to. The fresh flowers made it extra nice to just take a break from the road and haveyour lunch. I love how convenient this location is in regards to Route 15 off ramps. Staff was very welcoming as well. This is actually the first time I've ever eaten at Chick-fil-A. Usually I only go in to pick up deliveries or orders for friends... and whatnot. I was curious though as to why they were always so busy, literally every day at almost all hours, the line for thedrive thru is so long, it goes off-property or wraps around the building. My first time ordering for myself and I gotta say, I'mnot disappointed. The food is great, maybe not as 'to-die-for' as I was told but to be fair, I only tried one menu item so far.As for the employees, I'm genuinely surprised as to how considerate and welcoming they were. Nowadays you expect people to beannoyed or crass as soon as they respond but not in this case. In all honesty, even the times I've gone in for deliveries etc,I've always been greeted with kindness and generosity. They've done a great job in enacting their reputation and that's ratherimpressive in my opinion. A corporation that actually puts the customer service number one on their roster, very admirable. Now this was an experience. My daughter wanted to eat here for her birthday week. Arrived to the drive thru and their was so... many people their was two lines which merges into one then two again. You then have someone who comes up to your car to takeyour order...wait then one line again then you arrive at the take out window where you get your food . Thank God my daughtermentioned its cooked in peanut oil or I would have had an allergic reaction. Had no idea. So I went hungry but my daughter washappy ????.
