There?s something seriously wrong with who I?m assuming is the manager. He always has to fight you with everything. I ordered a... large iced coffee. I had a coupon that specifically was for a large. I pull up and he?s at the window. He hands me a medium. Ikindly let him know I ordered a large. He?s like no no you ordered a medium. I say I?m sorry but I told the worker a large,that?s literally what my coupon is for. He tells me to pull over. He comes out with the large and points to the sticker ?see seeyou ordered a medium.? I again tell him I asked for a large, obviously the worker misheard or messed up and printed the wrongsticker. How is that my fault? I just don?t understand why a simple ?my bad, here you go? was so hard. And this isn?t the firstincident with this guy every time they mess up an order he is adamant you?re the one at fault. Read more
