There?s something seriously wrong with who I?m assuming is the manager. He always has to fight you with everything. I ordered a... large iced coffee. I had a coupon that specifically was for a large. I pull up and he?s at the window. He hands me a medium. Ikindly let him know I ordered a large. He?s like no no you ordered a medium. I say I?m sorry but I told the worker a large,that?s literally what my coupon is for. He tells me to pull over. He comes out with the large and points to the sticker ?see seeyou ordered a medium.? I again tell him I asked for a large, obviously the worker misheard or messed up and printed the wrongsticker. How is that my fault? I just don?t understand why a simple ?my bad, here you go? was so hard. And this isn?t the firstincident with this guy every time they mess up an order he is adamant you?re the one at fault. 50% return on reliability. I find it best practice to walk inside because the drive-through. They don?t understand you, you... don?t understand them and then your order is wrong. But you shouldn?t have to get out of your car on your way to work or yournext destination just because the person working the drive-through can?t understand what you?re trying to tell them. If youorder one of their specialty drinks with an additive such as caramel, why then do they ask you if you want caramel in theparticular drink?? I often use the drive through during the day and they FREQUENTLY get the order wrong. I no longer frequent this DD after 3:00 -... staff are talking, laughing and in addition to getting my order incorrect, they don?t give the correct change. I expressed myfrustration to who appeared to be a supervisor on the day shift and there was no acknowledgement of my complaint. I do liketheir coffee but am moving on to Cumberland Farms - better service and less expensive. Read more
