My burrito was FOLDED in half like a taco and I received MAYBE 8 chips, with NO salsa (red salsa requested). I've gone to this... location since it opened, and it has gotten so bad that I'll be switching to Chipotle from here on out. I understand findinggood labor is difficult right now, I run a business myself, but any human being who has EATEN a burrito knows you roll it andfold in the ends. Not fold it in half and throw it in foil. At $18, it should be a glorious masterpiece, but instead I receivedinedible mush. I've never written a review in my life, but this experience required one. Chips were extremely stale, we hardly ate any of them. The steak was super chewy, almost inedible. They were out of a LOT of... items, including bowls and bags. This location is falling apart. Read more
This location is terrible. I don't understand how people can mess up an online order. The items are written down and you only... have to go down a list. Furthermore, how do you run out of ground beef? I understand there is a supply chain issue but if I canstill go buy it in the store without an issue then I don't see how it can be an issue there. Also, if you're going to send myonline order in a dish with aluminum foil on it, can you at least designate which are which because once uncovered they all lookthe same. Read more
Moe's has good food. It's served up quick, hot, to your specifications. You ALWAYS get FRESH tortillas chips, Self serve drinks,... my favorite is the "Moe- Rita selection...(they were out this visit ????) Would recommend. Read more
I went there today for lunch and they didn?t have hard shell tacos, they didn?t have any sauces in the self-serve area, they... didn?t have the hard round shell that goes inside the stacker. One of the staff said the delivery truck arrived this morning andthey just haven?t got the stuff out. I said ?never mind? and before me about 3 people left due to the same reason; because theydidn?t have what they wanted. I also left. I am not a person to give reviews but I had to. Not sure what happened to this location (maybe new management?). Hadn?t been here for about a year and finally decided to go... there and order a burrito bowl and it was nothing like what I used to get. It was a tiny portion and there was maybe a spoonfulof pork in there. The amount of pork was an absolutely joke. It?s like they are rationing out the ingredients to an extremelevel which to me says they are cheap. I won?t be going back to this location again. I was very disappointed. Don?t count on getting the Monday burrito special unless you have an app. Had a girl make me wait while she put things away.... Then some of the food wasn?t ready yet and when I got to the end of the counter I found unless I had the app I couldn?t get theMonday special. The sad thing was there was a big smile on her face I don?t think she likes working with the public. Read more
