I can't speak to the quality of the food or service because it never arrived, after taking my friend's money and agreeing to... provide catered food to his wedding rehearsal. However, I think the worst part was their reaction, or lack thereof. When myfriend called to coordinate picking up the food at the agreed upon time, the response was effectively, "Oh yeah, we're not doingthat, we don't have the staff." No advanced notice, and no remorse. Perhaps next time you can schedule your labor in advance,you took the money in advance. On a related note, please give Matty his money back. Read more
My brother paid these guys $500 to cater the rehearsal dinner for his wedding this weekend. He called them to see if the order... was ready only to find out that the two staff members working that evening had never heard of the order that, again, he alreadypaid for. I stood next to him as he tried in vain to get in touch with one of the managers on the phone who never picked up.Thanks for causing panic and forcing my brother to figure out last minute how to feed all of his guests! They took $499 of my money for a catered wedding rehearsal and never made the food. We ended up having to order big y pizzas for... 40 people instead and also change the venue because of the lost time. The manager and the owner felt no remorse for doing it.Do not trust this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Read more

Easily the best place to get tex mex in the area. Ty, Nancy, and Brittney are very positive. I get lunch in the area Monday... through Friday and I eat here 2-3 times a week. The food is fresh, Healthy, taste great, and the vibes of the employees areawesome as well! You wont regret it! Read more
Pancheros closes at 9:00. Got here around 8:30 ok and lights were off and the girl said they threw out all the food already.... Every night my boyfriend and I take our lunch/dinner break around this time and they are rude and have nasty attitudes. Talkingunderneath their breath as soon as we walk in the door. Terrible customer service ! And I?m extremely disappointed tonight notgetting our dinner/lunch on our break. Read more
The food is your standard line style burritos / bowl spot. Their tortillas are the best of the bunch and they mix the insides... before rolling which are pluses. What makes this place great is the employees. They're all extremely friendly and welcoming,not just remembering and exchanging pleasantries, but engaging in conversation. Super unusual for a chain restaurant and verymuch appreciated! Read more
